Business online banking now offers modifications that provide an easier to navigate experience.   The update provides all the same options previously available but now features a cleaner, more user friendly display.

Major changes that will improve the users experience include:

• ACH now embedded within the UCB online banking site (user will no longer be sent to an external site).
• Merchant Capture will be found under the “Checks and Deposits” tab.
• Secure Chat is available within Business Online to receive  immediate response to questions, during business hours.
• Secure Mail is available to allow users to send financially sensitive documents from online banking directly to UCB staff.
