United Community Bank has launched their fifth annual Our Community Scholarship Program which focuses on students who believe in giving back to their school and community.

The Our Community Scholarship Fund has been put in place to recognize and award area high school seniors who have made it their mission to help make our communities a better place. Three UCB locations (Minot, Burlington, Drake) will be awarding students in their area. In total, six $1,000 scholarships will be provided. Applications for each can be found at www.ucbnd.bank. In addition to the scholarship, each awarded student in the Minot and Burlington area has the opportunity to choose a local non-profit organization to receive a $500 donation on the student’s behalf. The application process closes March 18, 2022.
