On February 27, the United Community Bank (UCB) Board of Directors announced the appointment of their newest board member, Kelly Perrin, who operates within UCB as Chief Financial Officer. Perrin has been employed with United Community Bank for seven years. “I admire Kelly’s driven attitude, attention to detail, and vision for UCB,” comments Bill Kuntz, UCB President/CEO. “He brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge to our Board of Directors.”
Perrin is a graduate of Minot State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA. He serves as a board member of the Burlington Rural Fire Department.
United Community Bank of North Dakota was founded in Leeds, ND in 1912. It expanded to Drake and Burlington in 1994, and Minot in 1996. The bank has approximately $358 million in assets.
